  • Complete a Card Application available at any Public Service desk.

  • Present it at a service desk. You will need to show proof of current address such as a current Texas driver's license, photo ID, lease agreement, utility receipt, personal check, automobile insurance, etc.)

  • Cards are available at no charge to city residents.  Nonresidents are assessed an annual fee of $25.00 per single card or $40.00 per family card.  Residency is determined by the corporate city limits.  Lost card replacement fee is $1.00. A parent's or guardian's signature is required on all application cards for children ages 15 and under.  Call 218-7000 or 218-7001 if you have any questions.
