How do I Access My Account?                       Back
 
You can log on to My Account to renew items you have checked out, check your fines and messages, view your hold list, change your email, and view your profile.

  • Go to library homepage at http://roundrocktexas.gov/library

  • Click on “My Account” under the Catalog Quick Search box on the upper right-hand side of the page.

  • Follow the instructions for entering your library card and pin numbers (The pin number is usually the last four numbers of the phone number on your library account.)

  • Click on “Login.”

 

Online renewals and other changes are not registered if your fines exceed $5, or if your card has expired. (All non-resident cards are must be renewed annually. All resident cards are renewed every two years.)  Call the library at 218-7000 or 218-7001 during library hours.
