How do I Update My Profile Information                      Back
 
  • Follow instructions of "Access my account" and log on.

  • At the top of the page, click on “My Profile (Change Email).”

  • You are able to view your personal profile information.  If it is incorrect, you need to call 218-7001 or stop by a Public Service Desk.  You may change your email address, but you will not be able to change your address and phone number.
